So, close!  Missed of a few on defense!  I do like McDuffie at inside linebacker.  Was surprised the Packers cut our young punter JK Scott!  He has been VERY inconsistent!  And, the Packers traded for a Rams punter - Corey Bojorquez. Corey lead the league in hang time - 4.81 seconds!  Bakhtiai will start on PUP list and miss first 6 weeks. The Packers seem to be VERY serious about improving the special teams this year.

Next up, what players will stick on the Practice Squad????

Focus is On Final Cuts - Preseason Game #3 Against the Bills

Here we go.  The 2021 NFL season is approaching and the Packer Roster is taking shape.  First, the IR roster list:

Devin Funchess - WR

Issac Nauta - TE

Randy Ramsey - LB

Will Redmond - S

DeAndre Thompkins - WR

In his one preseason game, Funchess looked good. It is a shame, he will not be available.  That opens the door for other WR's.  Watch closely & see the play of Malik Taylor, Equanimeous St. Brown, Reggie Begelton & Juwann Winfree.  Looks like Adams, Lazard, Valdes-Scantling, Cobb, Rodgers are in, that is 5 on the roster, will we carry 6 or 7 wide receivers?

Tight End - simple, watch Sternberger & Deguara

Offensive Line - watch - Patrick, Braden, Runyan, & Newman.

Defensive Line - Heflin & Previlon

Linebackers - Summers, Burks, Garvin, Rivers & Galeai

Defensive Backs - Scott, Black, Uphoff, Ento & Jean-Charles

Who will make a big play?  Who will shine?  Who will help on special teams?

Here we go Packer Fans!  The 2021 season is close at hand, one more preseason game, and the final cut & the 53 man roster!  There are 32 teams, trying to decide, who to keep or who to cut?  How will the Salary Cap be challenged?  Defense, Offense, & Special Teams??

Running Backs(3) - Aaron Jones, AJ Dillon, Kylin Hill

Wide Receivers(5) - Davante Adams, Randall Cobb, Amari Rodgers, Allen Lazard, Marues V-S

Tight Ends(4) - Marcedes Lewis, Robert Tonyan, Josiah Deguara, Jace Sternberger

Offensive Line(8) - David Baktiari, Eldton Jenkins, Billy Turner, Josh Meyers, Lucas Patrick, Royce Newman, Dennis Kelly, Jon Runyan

Defensive Line(5) - Kenny Clark, Dean Lowry, Tyler Lancaster, Kingsley Keke, TJ Slaton

Inside Linebackers(4) - Krys Barnes, De'Vondre Campbell, Oren Burks, Ty Summers

Packers vs Jets, Preseason Game #2

OK, first observations after preseason game #2?

1 -   Kurt Benkert - we have Aaron Rodgers & Jordan Love, AND WE HAVE.......

Kurt Benkert!  With our #1 Draft Pick Jordan Love with a sore shoulder & are MVP, Jeopardy Host, Hollywood Starlet Dating, Future Hall of Fame, Wanna Be GM laughing & joking on the sideline, we have this 26 year old, trying to hang on to an NFL career!  Sometimes theses guys are refreshing!  He played most of the game & did OK.  Made some mistakes, had some offline throws, but, loved his effort!  Hope he makes the practice squad!

2 - Running Back #3.  This will be difficult! I like all three - Williams, Taylor, & Hill!  Looks like Hill has the inside track, but all three are making the decision difficult, which is great to see!  I predict Hill, but Taylor & Williams will either be on the practice squad or will be picked up by another team!

3 - Our #1 draft pick, Erik Stokes.  Did not play a lot, but looked OK.  Should battle Kevin King(our CB that always gets BEAT, for the starting job opposite our All-Pro hire Alexander!

4 - Offensive Guard - this is still not a sure this, we have 4 battling for 1 or 2 guard spots, depending when our all pro Bakhtiari comes back - one more week for Patrick, Braden, Runyan, & Newman. (I like Newman)

5 - Others players to watch?  TE - Jace Sternberger  WR - Devin Funchess   NT - TJ Slaton

ILB - Oren Burks   DE - Kingsley Keke  CB - Kabion Ento   And sleeper - S - Christian Uphoff

One more week to go.  Who will make the 53 man roster & who will make the Practice Squad???

Packers vs Texans, What Did We Learn?

Remember my 4 Things? (NOTE: I have seen highlights, did not see entire game film)

1 - Jordan Love - Remember, no pre-season games last year.  So, a first look as a pro?  As far as ARM STRENGTH - he has it.  As far as looking good & field presence, looks good in first appearance.  As far as decisions, time will tell.  He needs to play & hopefully his slight injury will not keep him out of the last 2 pre-season games.

2 - Eric Stokes - as Jordan Love, Stokes handled himself well.  could not see any obvious flaws, need to see more game time experience.

3 - TJ Slaton - looked good early in the game, seemed to lose some focus, or run out of a little gas at the end of the game.  But, looks the part with his big body & had some nice plays.

4 - Aaron looked good in his sweat pants, but needs to keep his mouth shut about who the Packers need to bring back on the roster! (Clay Mathews, REALLY!)  I hope we can get through the season without #12 constantly trying to be a QB & GM!

Watch to watch for the next few weeks?

1 - Guard play - now a four way battle - Patrick, Runyan, Braden & Newman

2 - WR's - will Funchess make the team?

3 - Running game - offense & stopping the run on defense

4 - Will Aaron shut up & play football?

One Guy - Four Things, Packers vs Texans Pre-Season Game #1

Just like our Packer Website & the segment, "Three Guys, With Three Things", this Packer Fan will be looking for answers!  What am I looking for???

One Guy - Four Things!

1 - The obvious, Jordan Love!  Is Jordan Love an NFL quarterback?  Last year was a NOTHING year!  No preseason games, Jordan Love did NOT suit up for ANY Packer Games!  So, what do we watch for against the Texans tonight??  Body Language - what does Jordan Love show us in leadership, huddle command, simple handoffs, pressure in the pocket, a good or bad play.  Making the throws!  On the side lines, over the middle of the field?  Carrying out his fakes?  If I was coaching, I would just have ONE CAMERA focused on Jordan!

2 - Our #1 draft pick!  I have always believed, if your #1 draft pick does not help you in year 1, it was a bad pick!  So, Eric Stokes here we go!  First, coverage!  Second, ball skills.  Third, tackling.  And of course, Body Language.  (Notice, I like body language on the football field!)

3 - TJ Slaton.  (6'4" - 330 lbs) Our rookie defensive tackle.  For years, I have been asking for help on the defensive line! (I bet Kenny Clark is saying the same thing!)  First, will Slaton command two blockers to control his push?  Second, will Slaton help in the defense against the rush? (As you know, our D has struggles at times against the rush!)  And again, sorry, body language!

4 - Of course, Aaron Rodgers?  Will he dress for the game?  Will he have an on the field interview?  Will he be rocking a "Man Bun"?

Will he send a kiss to Shailene???

And, how many times this year will the crazy media ask,

"Who will trade for Aaron Rodgers next year??

OK, here we . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Go Pack Go!!!

Packers 2021 Roster - Specialists

If the Packers are going to win a Super Bowl, Special Teams MUST improve!

Number 1 - Mason Crosby has been here for 15 years & he has been a "ROCK"!  Last year, 2020 16 Field Goals attempted, 16 Field Goals made!  Longest Field Goal - 57 yards.  This guy is special!  The Packers did bring in a second kicker - JJ Molson.  Was on the practice squad last year & I predict, maybe another year on the practice squad!

Number 2 - Our punter looks the part.  Remember, the crazy good Raiders kicker Ray Guy?  Looks a lot like JK Scott!  At 6'6" & long legs, that is what a punter should look like!  But, is he?  Statistically, Scott ranks first Packer history with a 44.6 net average.  Still young, would like more kicks inside the 20 & more kicks with 0 return yards.  By the way, the Packers did bring in another punter, Ryan Winslow to compete with Scott, this is good!

Long snapper - Hunter Bradley, also, has competition - Joe Fortunato.  Once again, completion is good!  It is always good when the kicker & punter are successful - that means they are getting the ball from center - Hunter Bradley!  So, Hunter Bradley seems to be OK for now!

Packers 2021 Roster - Inside Linebackers

Boy!  The last 10-15 years I have been saying, "Wouldn't it be nice to have a dominant inside Linebacker!  A guy that just causes the other team to say, where is that guy?"

GM's Thompson & Gutekunst have not heard me!

Krys Barnes     6'2" - 229 lbs - Year 2
Kamal Martin     6'3" - 240 lbs - Year 2
De'Vondre Campbell     6'3" - 232 lbs - Year 6
De'Jon Harris     6'0" - 231 lbs - Year 1
Ty Summers     6'1" - 241 lbs - Year 3
Isaiah McDuffie     6'1" - 227 lbs - Rookie
Oren Burks     6'3" - 233 lbs - Year 4
Randy Ramsey     6'3" - 238 lbs - Year 2

First look?  Young & inexperience.  Second look, Packers bring another veteran to try to help.  And third, we are where we are every year at this time.  So, remember AJ Hawk, was not flashy, but efficient.

The possible answer, is injured!  Last year, Randy Ramsey, was a possible solution, but a bad ankle injury has put him down for a long time!  So, as of now Barnes & Campbell are the starters.  A young player and a shipped in veteran.  With a new defensive coordinator, time will tell!

Old draft picks, Burks & Summers.  Both have filled in, but at best are special team players & emergency help if needed.

Martin, McDuffie, & Harris?  Watch the pre-season games closely.  One of two will make the final 53, and help on special teams.

Attention NFL players that will get cut,
 a possible opening on the
2021 Green Bay Packers Roster!

Packers 2021 Roster - Outside Linebackers

A position that made a BIG step with the signing a few years back of Smith & Smith!

(PS: This is where I argue with Aaron Rodgers - Brian Gutekunst has made some good moves, he never mentions the positives!)

OK, back on track.

Za'Darius Smith     6'4" - 272 lbs - Year 7
Preston Smith     6'5" - 265 lbs - Year 7
Rashan Gary     6'5" - 277 lbs - Year 3
Tipa Galeai     6'5" - 229 lbs - Year 1
Jonathan Garvin     6'4" - 257 lbs - Year 2
Ray Wilborn    6'3" - 240 lbs - Year 1
Delontae Scott     6'5" - 246 lbs - Year 1
Chancey Rivers     6'2" - 259lbs - Year 1

The Addition of Za'Darius Smith & Preston Smith has made the last few years work on the defensive side of the football!  As I said a great move by the Packer GM and the drafting of Rashan Gary is beginning to pay dividends.  As a team, our defense seems to be solid at the outside LB position!  Smith, Smith & Gary - now we need 1-2 of he others to help!  Especially helping with special teams!

The leader of the group - Za'Darius Smith, should continue!  2019 - 13.5 Sacks & 2020 - 12.5 Sacks.  This should continue.  As a Packer Fan, you have in in memory the Packers getting ripped by opposite teams running attacks!  Part of this, comes from our old DC Petine defensive game plans & players giving BIG holes as they pass rush!  Preston Smith just was not the same last year, he even took a pay cut!  Will he rebound this year?  2019 - 12 Sacks & 2020 - 4 Sacks.  This will be a make or break year for Preston Smith!  Rashan Gary, on the other hand took a positive step - 2019 - 2 Sacks & 2020 - 5 Sacks.  Be nice to get double digits this year & some other BIG plays!

The battle for #4 OLB will be big!  Jonathan Garvin, Tipa Galeai, Chancey Rivers, Ray Wilborn, & Delontae Scott will battle it out!  It would be great to have 2 of these players make the team & be stand out special team players!!!

Go Pack Go!

Packers 2021 Roster - Safeties

The Packer Safeties are legit.  Here is the list of safeties on the roster:

Amos Otis     6'0" - 214 lbs - Year 7
Darnell Savage     5'11" - 198 lbs - Year 3
Will Redmund     5-11" - 186 lbs - Year 6
Vernon Scott     6'2" - 202 lbs - Year 2
Henry Black     6'0" - 204 lbs - Year 2
Christian Uphoff     6'3" - 209 lbs - Rookie
Innis Gaines     6'1" - 202 lbs - Rookie

Amos Otis & Darnell Savage are players.  They are becoming one of the BEST safety Combo's in the NFL!  Otis is the defensive QB.  Now a 7 year Vet, he is the traffic cop in the defensive backfield.  Savage,  is using his great speed to become the "ball hawk" in the secondary! 2 interceptions in his rookie year, 4 last year, how about 8 this year!!!!

Will Redmund has filled in nicely the past few years & has the experience to possibly stick around for another season!  Vernon Scott & Henry Black gained some valuable experience last year & must demonstrate that same talent to make the final 53!

Rookies Innis Gaines & Christian Uphoff must have a great summer!  Uphoff, at 6'3" & 209 lbs has the size to give the Packers a bigger presence in the secondary!

As a Packer Fan, our secondary (Corners & Safeties) should be a leader among the NFL defensive backfields!  And, the may even make a GIANT STEP and become dominate - time will tell!

GO PACK GO!

Packers 2021 Roster - Cornerbacks

Cornerback! The man on the island.  The man to cover the opposing teams BEST receiver!  The man that will come up the the BIG turnover!  Do the Packers have one?

Yep!

Jaire Alexander!     5'10" - 196 lbs - Year 4   Alexander is now one of the NFL's top corners!  Named to his first Pro Bowl in 2020!  How will the new defensive coordinator use Alexander? One side of the field?  Cover the opposing teams BEST receiver?  Will Alexander become one of the BEST corners in Packer history?  I am glad we have a shut down corner!

Kevin King     6'3" - 200 lbs - Year 5          &        Josh Jackson      6'0" - 196 lbs - Year 4

Wow!  Two young men in a interesting situation!  Kevin King, signed for one year.  He has one more year to prove himself!  Josh Jackson, this may be it!  In fact, depending on the other corners, he may not make the 53 man roster!  Watch pre-season games closely & see what these two players do!  This is the year for these two football players!

Chandon Sullivan     5'11" - 198 lbs - Year 4     Shemar-Jean Charles     5'10" - 184 lbs - Rookie

Kabion Ento     6'1" - 187 lbs - Year 2               Ka'dar Hollman     6'0" - 196 lbs - Year 3

Stanford Samuels     6'1" - 187 lbs - Year 1

This group of 5 corners are fascinating!  I think at least two of theses young men may displace some VETS!  And, in the age of passing - most teams now have 3 starting corners.  So, one of these players will probably be the 3rd starter!

Erik Stokes     6'0" - 194 lbs - Rookie

Our #1 Draft choice!  He will play!  He may displace Kevin King!  He may be another Alexander?  As any team would love to say, "We have TWO shut down corners!!!"  The Packers will give Stokes every chance to replace KevinKing!

Packers 2021 Roster - Defensive Line

I have always been a big believer in the "Big Boys" on a football team.  The offensive line, once we get Bakhtiari back, is strong.  The last few years, I always thought the Packers front office, overlooked the defensive line.  We are not loaded, but maybe the Packers will have some new faces to contribute?

Kenny Clark     6'3" - 314 lbs - Year 6

Jack Heflin     6'3" - 304 lbs - Rooke

Carlo Kemp     6'3" - 281 lbs - Rookie

Tyler Lancaster     6'3" - 313 lbs - Year 4

Dean Lowry     6'6" - 296 lbs - Year 6

Willington Previlon     6'5" - 287 lbs - Year 1

TJ Slaton     6'4" - 330 lbs - Rookie

Kingsley Keke   6'3" - 288 lbs - Year 3

Josh Avery     6'3" - 318 lbs - Year 1

Our "Blue Chipper" Kenny Clark has needed help! Tyler Lancaster & Dean Lowry have been "Blue Collar" players the last few years,  but to me are part timers at best.  Could new comer, TJ Slaton be that PLUG in the middle that will take up space & take up two blockers that they have needed when they struggle against the run???  At 6'4" - 330 lbs we hope!

Kingsley Keke is not practicing yet, but the past two years has earning playing time!  Again, a nice player for depth, but not a difference maker!

Young players, Heflin, Avery, Previlon, & Kemp will be fighting for a roster spot.

Packers 2021 Roster - Wide Receivers

Of all the positions on the offensive side of the ball, this one could be fun!!!!

Davante Adams     6'1" - 215 lbs - Year 8

Reggie Begelton     6'0" - 200 lbs - Year 1

Chris Blair     6'2" - 198 lbs - Rookie

Randall Cobb     5'10" - 195 - Year 11

Devin Funchess     6'4" - 225 lbs - Year 6

Allan Lazard     6'5" - 227 lbs - Year 3

Amari Rodgers     5'9" - 212 lbs - Rookie

Equanimeous St. Brown     6.5" - 214 lbs - Year 4

Malik Taylor     6'1" - 220 lbs - Year 2

DeAndre Thompkins     5'11" - 188 lbs - Year 1

Marquez Valdes-Scantling     6'4" - 206 lbs - Year 4

Juan Winfree      6'1" - 210 lbs - Year 2

Bailey Gaither     6"0" - 188 lbs - Rookie

13 receivers - usually 5-6 make the final 53 man roster, so.........

1 - Davante Adams, a NO BRAINER!  In my book, a top 3 in the league.  Versatility  - dangerous short or long passes, great hands, great router runner & durability!

115 receptions - 1374 yards - 18 TD's

Expect another great year from Davante!

2 - Allan Lazard 33 receptions - 451 yards - 3 TD's &

Marquez Valdes-Scantling 33 receptions - 690 yards - 6 TD's

These two had nice years last year - Lazard great possession receiver & clutch!  VS, speed to get over the top & his hands have improved each year!  It would be nice to see one go over 1000 yards this year!

3 - Randall Cobb & Amari Rodgers - this is interesting.  Is Cobb there to make Rodgers happy so he has someone to spin the ball in the end zone?  Is Cobb there to tutor Amari Rodgers?  Probably BOTH!  I have NOTHING but respect for Cobb - he is the ultimate professional - he is a Packer at heart with great previous years - he can also help with special teams.  The BIG question, is he really better than the many other young receivers trying to make this team??  Amari Rodgers should be fun!  With the LaFleur offense with a lot of motion & creativity, Rodgers should be a young wild card!

4 - Equanimeous St. Brown or Devin Funchess??  To receivers with an puzzling future!  St. Brown, starting Year 4, is at the crossroads!  Funchess, choosing not to play last year because of COVID, a veteran in year 6.  This will be fascinating.

5 - And the others, Begelton, Blair, Taylor, Tompkins, Winfree, & Gaither.  I would put these players at a very slim chance to make the 53.  Maybe 2-3 on the practice squad!

Let's make an early prediction:

Adams, Lazard, Valdes-Scantling, Funchess, Rodgers & ................. yes Cobb!  6 receivers!

Packers 2021 Roster - Tight Ends

A quarterbacks best friend - the tight end position! And, offensive coordinators love to use their creativity on how they use these critical players in the running & passing game!   Looking to make the Packers 53 man roster?

Eight players are attempting to make the Packers 53 man roster this year.

Mercedes Lewis - 6'6" - 267 lbs - Year 16 - UCLA
Rober Tonyan - 6'5" - 237 lbs - Year 4 - Indiana State
Jace Sternberger - 6'4" - 251 lbs - Year 3 - Texas A&M
Josiah Deguara - 6'2" - 248 lbs - Year 2 - Cincinnati
Dominique Dafney - 6'2" - 243 lbs - Year 1 - Indiana State
Issac Nauta - 6'3" - 246 lbs - Year 3 - Georgia
Daniel Crawford - 6'2" - 245 lbs - Rookie - Northern Illinois
Bronson Kaufusi - 6'6" - 270 lbs - Year 3 - Brigham Young

This position is a very interesting group.  We have some sure things - Lewis & Tonyan.  Some that are presently not practicing - Dafney & Deguara who are on the PUP list trying to get healthy.  Some unknowns - Kaufusi & Crawford.  And, Dafney & Sternberger who have shown some promise in game situations.

Mercedes Lewis is an "Aaron Lister".  As we know, Aaron's feelings have been hurt!  He has has a list.  And, all these players are players that I personally have appreciated!  One of the keys to building a NFL team is 1 - moving on from veterans & letting the draft & younger players move up to play football.  2 - Salaries! I remember one year where Nelson-Cobb-Adams were all making over 10 million a year - the only NFL team that year to be paying this amount!  So, as I see it, talk to Aaron, and basically, make the move you need to make as a GM.  Or, save money, fire the GM & make Rodgers the QM/GM & Jeopard Host! (Just having fun!)

So, Lewis is a great leader & blocker on run plays, but at year 16, this MUST be the last.  Need to have younger players on the roster.

Tonyan, has become a play maker and a TD maker!  He lead the league in TD receptions by tight ends.  So, watch how the Packers use Tonyan this year & let's see if he is able to keep this level of play into the 2021 season!

Draft picks Degura & Sternberger have ability, but between injuries & COVID, have not had the opportunity to demonstrate consistent production!  This will be a critical year!

Dafney, had a few games & demonstrated he can play in the NFL.  The other players will be fighting for Practice Squad positions.

Packers 2021 Roster - Running Backs

First, I will miss Jamaal Williams!  His dancing!  His enthusiasm!  His production! In four years with the Packers - 1985 yards - 10 TD's - and get this ZERO fumble!!!  Again - ZERO fumbles! He was FUN to watch and enjoyed his love of the game!

Now remaining running backs fighting for a running back spot on the roster!

The Running Back position is in good hands & the young runners should be interesting to watch in the pre-season!

Aaron Jones - 5'9" - 208 lbs - Year 5

Like recently departed Jamaal Williams, a pleasure to watch on the field!  Explosiveness.  Durability.  Pass Receiving.  And, a TD machine!

Aaron Jones - 4 years - 3364 yards - 37 TD's - 131 receptions - 6 fumble/3 lost

I expect more great things from Aaron Jones!

AJ Dillon - 6'0" - 247 lbs - Year 2

At the end of last year there was enough evidence to say good bye to Jamaal Williams.  Of course, Dillion has the "World Famous Thighs!!"

It will be fun to see a 250 pound running back make the defense wear down in the fourth quarter! Expect big things in 2021 from AJ Dillion!

Battle for the third running back!!!

Dexter Williams   5'11" - 212 lbs - Year 2
Kylin Hill     5'10" - 214 lbs - Rookie
Patrick Taylor   6'2" - 217 lbs - Year 1

Dexter Williams is the "old man" on the block.  Last 2 years 7 attempts 19 yards.  We need more time and the pre-season games are critical!! Remember background - Notre Dame - had 8 starts - 1636 career yards & 20 TD's.  Not a great career, but a good college career.

Patrick Taylor.  Another we need to pass the "eye ball" test!Played 45 games for LSU, 4 starts, 2884 yards & 36 TD's.  Is in the same situation as Williams, we need to see him play!!!

Kylin Hill, had a great senior year at LSU.  1350 yards & 10 TD's.  This is the running back I am watching closely!  We will all need to watch the Williams-Hill-Taylor battle!!!!

Go Pack Go!

Packers 2021 Roster - Quarterback

Wow!  What an off season! Drama - Drama - Drama!

On the present 90 man roster, the Packers have 3 quarterbacks:

1 - Aaron Rodgers
2 - Jordan Love
3 - Kurt Benkert

First, who is Kurt Benkert?????
Kurt Benkert - 6'3" - 218 lbs - 2 years - Virginia

2019 - Signed by Atlanta - Free Agent - injured toe first pre-season game
2020 - Practice Squad - Atlanta
2021 - May 15 - signed by Packers

Started two years for Virginia in college - 5759 career yards - 46 touchdown  - 21 interceptions

He chances of making team - Practice Squad.  See what he has in the pre-season games.

Of course, Jordan Love - drafted last year by Packers in round one (Added to the Rodgers Drama)
Did not suit up for a game last year!

  • Was inactive (third QB) for all 16 games and both postseason games as a rookie in 2020.
  • Became just the fifth Utah State player in school history to be selected in the first round of the NFL draft, joining Bill Munson (L.A. Rams, 1964, No. 7 overall) as the only QBs in school history to be picked in the first round.
  • Became the ninth QB in franchise history and the fourth since the 1970 AFL-NFL merger to be selected in the first round by the Packers.
  • Finished his career at Utah State ranked No. 2 in school history in passing yards (8,600), completions (689) and attempts (1,125), tied for No. 2 in TD passes (60), and No. 3 in completion percentage (61.2) despite playing just three seasons.
  • Set school career records for total offense (9,003 yards), 300-yard passing games (12) and completions of 80-plus yards (four).
  • Earned honorable mention All-Mountain West recognition as a junior in 2019 after setting a single-season school record with 293 completions and posting 3,402 passing yards, the second most in a season in school history.
  • As a sophomore in 2018, set Utah State single-season records for TD passes (32), passing yards (3,567) and 300-yard passing games (seven).

And of course, Aaron Rodgers!  If you are a Packer Fan, you know how blessed we are - Brett Favre to Aaron Rodgers - 29 years!!!  If you watch Packer Football, you have seen to incredible QB play!  But, two entirely different styles!  I could spend 10 pages on the stats, accomplishments, but one thing is obvious - each QB has one Super Bowl Win!  Now,.....

Of course, this will be a drama year!  Reporters will continue to ask Aaron if he is HAPPY!  My prediction, another good year for Aaron, he will play with a chip.  He is still "Pissed Off!"  Let's see if he can win Super Bowl #2!  One thing I know:

--- He has a great running game
--- He has a great receiver, and one of the best pass catching tight ends
--- He has, I think a great offensive line (Key is the rookie center)

And, the defense should be better.... so,...... at the quarterback position, we are ready!
