Safety - Ha Ha Clinton-Dix 6'1" - 208 - Year 2
As a rookie a fine season! You could tell early Clinton-Dix was a times lost. At times thinking and not reacting. But, you could also tell, he was talented & by the end of the season making plays! Another year should do wonders!
Safety - Morgan Burnett 6'1" - 209 - Year 6
I think Burnett also made a HUGE step! One big reason, at the end of the year, when voting for captains, he was selected! (And not Clay Matthews!) Made some nice plays throughout the season and seemed to hold the secondary together for the most part. This should be another year to take charge of the young talent the Pack has accumulated!
Cornerback - Sam Shields - 5'11" - 184 - Year 6
Shields signed a nice contract last year & his play did not suffer! He has the speed to cover any of the very fast receivers, but sometimes his size makes it difficult when hanging with the Calvin Johnson's of the world!(As many other corners will attest!) But, overall, Shields has proved himself and should have another good season!
No question, we will miss Williams & House! Big question, will Hayward & Hyde fill the void. We will look at that next!!
